On July 25, 2025, we were thrilled to celebrate the Colburn Center’s Steel Topping-Out Ceremony with McCarthy Building Companies. A longstanding construction tradition, the topping-out marks the placement of the final steel beam on the project—a wonderful milestone and a testament to what we’ve accomplished together so far. This inspiring day brought together project leaders, city officials, skilled tradespeople, and the Colburn community to mark the placement of the final beam.
